这首歌曾经被多位歌手翻唱，其中最鼎鼎大名的就是天后玛丽亚·凯莉(Mariah Carey)，也是我最先听的版本。玛丽亚·凯莉不愧为唱腔细致的歌手，她的《Open Arms》毫无挑剔之处，听一次就深深地着迷了。

后来在一次机遇之下，碰到原唱者Journey演绎的版本，不禁大叹相逢恨晚。主唱Steve Perry那把浑厚磁性的歌声就好像直接穿透我的心窝，接触到心中最深处的脆弱。我本身就是典型的火星人，不喜欢在事情明朗前把问题和苦恼说出来，甚至是对身边最亲的人也是如此。有的时候，做人要这样还真的挺痛苦的。《Open Arms》就像一声温暖的叮咛，在我最伤心痛苦时，摊开心胸张开双臂，完全释放自己的压力。
