CIMB-Principal Greater China Equity Fund

CIMB Principal Asset Management正式在今天(12日)推出一个新的信托基金－大中华地区股票基金(CIMB-Principal Greater China Equity Fund)。此基金的目标，为中期至长期给投资者带来资金成长。投资组合所选择的柜台(counters)全来自大中华地区，其中包括：中国大陆、香港以及台湾。

CIMB-Principal Greater China Equity Fund is a fund that aims to achieve medium to long term capital growth primarily through investment in a portfolio of equity securities with exposure to the Greater China region consisting of the People’s Republic of China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

注：首次写投资介绍的文章，一些专业用词可能会搞错，请大家多多包涵。

GCEF是一种支线基金(feeder fund)。所谓支线基金，就是指基金经理将新基金所筹集的资金直接投资到该公司在其他国家注册的母基金内。支线基金的好处是，基金经理可以用母基金过去的表现做为卖点。GCEF会把至少95%的资产净值(NAV)投入母基金Schroder ISF Greater China(注册于卢森堡的基金)里，同时会保留顶多5%的流动资产(liquid assets)。
